Fiat Centoventi Concept

Fiat Centoventi Concept - Electric mobility and 3D printing

The FCA group celebrates its 120-year career at the Geneva Motor Show by presenting the Centoventi Concept, a concrete preview of how the Panda could evolve.

The goal is to "democratize" electric propulsion and new trends, but the approach designed for car sharing and fleets is also evident, with a vehicle already set up to integrate digital services necessary and to be customized at low cost according to customer needs.

This is a highly innovative proposal, which combines the historic spirit of the Panda with electric propulsion and with new elements for the segment. The modularity of the project, designed to keep the price accessible, in fact makes it possible to offer at the same time a new level of customization which does not stop at the purchase, but allows you to modify and enrich your vehicle over time.

The combination of four different variants of bumpers, rims, roof and exterior foils from the 4U program allows numerous custom combinations to be achieved, while at the same time allowing the vehicle to be built in one basic variant.

The interiors are a real tribute to the first series of the Panda designed by Giugiaro. In fact, they take up the concept of the multifunctional space which eliminates the presence of the classic dashboard. In place of the fabric pocket we find here a perforated surface that serves as a universal attachment for a series of object holders, accessories and gadgets that customers will be able to buy in dealerships, online or even 3D print personally by purchasing the related files (only for some elements).

FIAT has chosen Ultimaker S5 3D printers for the 3D printing of the first gadget prototypes, exhibited during the last Geneva Motor Show.
